The store had only two floral arrangements displayed. One of the floral arrangements contained 12 roses and included other flowers for $45. I requested and ordered that floral arrangement doubled (my wife should have received 24 roses). The owner said that she could do the arrangement and would have to put it in another vase. I paid the $90 for the double arrangement and purchased balloons and delivery charge for a total of $129. Low and behold my wife only received the original 12 rose floral arrangement. I place an order around 9am for someone who is a teacher at a local elementary school. At 130pm they send me an email saying they can't fill the order. They dont even have the decency to call and ask if I would like a different arrangement. They take it upon themselves to just refund my card. And now they wont answer their phone....terrible...just terrible. How do you run a business like this?? Never again
Always saves my bacon and on Valentine's day I am not the sad man looking at the leftovers at Wal Mart!!! 🤗
