I called months ahead for a Valentines 36" Milar Heart shaped Balloon for my daughter. Chloe helped me and a few days prior to Valentines I placed the order. Again, Chloe was terrific. So, my daughter called to ask why she received a big red balloon, checking that I received what I thought I ordered. I contacted Chloe today and she was so polite and professional, refunded the order and will make sure next year my daughter receives a 36" Milar heart shaped balloon, not a big red balloon. From the initial consultation, they take the time to get to know you and understand your vision while keeping within your budget. They were flexible, friendly, and organized. I found petal station on the knot after doing so much searching for a florist. I knew flowers would be expensive and I didn’t know how to make a decision. I spoke with Kitty and her team and was truly blown away by their professionalism and ability to make my big day be what I wanted and more! This place closed permanently a year ago (Burr Ridge location) and has since become a dance venue. I placed an order over the phone, went to pick it up, and found people dancing instead.
They really made my special day special! Highly recommend.
