I called to order flowers for my niece's birthday in St Petersburg, and I read the reviews for florists and selected Petal Heaven because this florist had the best reviews of all the St Petersburg florists. I originally tried to order off the web site which was not working and I let the owner know this. The owner was lovely and took my order. i came in looking to find a bouquet of flowers to surprise my best friend with and the owner was so nice and put together a beautiful arrangement right in front of me. it came out so perfect! thank you again!

The first time I purchased flowers from her nearly 8 months ago, she smiled, was personable, and friendly. But when I went in today, she snapped because I asked about a particular rose, and wasn't friendly, almost like she just didn't want to be there. I will not be going back and i suggest no one else does either. If you don't like attending to people in a friendly manor, then don't own a customer based, interactive business.

I recently bought a bouquet from here for my girlfriend’s birthday, and it was absolutely incredible. The only instructions I gave were pink carnations, baby’s breath, and whatever else looks good, and they gave me a picturesque bouquet that smelled incredible. Furthermore, it was insanely cheap at around the same price for 2 packs of trader joe’s flowers and the amount of stems I got was crazy. The customer service was also amazing and I definitely will be using them again.
