RecommendedI will only use Dr. Braswell and Dr. Harrell. They are patient and considerate. The staff is friendly and helpful. I tell people all the time that Family Petal Dentistry is the only place to go!
My son was seen today for tooth pain. Unfortunately I had to bring little brother who is 1 to this appointment. I was having such a difficult time filling out the paper work. Both boys were taking bulbs off the Christmas tree, slapping the fish tank, running around the waiting area. You know normal boy stuff lol. One of the receptionist seen how overwhelmed I was. All staff are friendly and personable. Dr Braswell is great. Love him as my dentist.
They are all wonderful there.
The doctors and staff are always helpful and ready to assist. A BIG SHOUT OUT to Drs Braswell and Harrell and to Pat for taking care of my girl and helping a worried mom feel better. Thank you Pat for going out of your way to help her with her pain.
The customer service was wonderful from the front office staff to the Dentist and Nurses!!! I love this Dentist office!!
