BIASED DOG WALKER – I contacted this company in hopes of finding someone who was going to be open minded and reliable. However after speaking to the dog walker assigned to me about meeting with myself and my dog I never heard back from him. Absolutely fantastic. – Petaholics was wonderful, to put it simply. I had to go out of town on short notice, and I was very concerned about my 11 year old miniature dachshund, as she is my baby, in all aspects of the sentiment. Absolutely wonderful!!! – We have been using Petaholics' dog walking services for a few months. My dog absolutely loves Virginia, his dog walker. The two have formed a great bond. She leaves us detailed progress notes everyday and has been so extremely understanding about how we want our dog to be handled. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! – I cannot recommend the services of Petaholics highly enough. Our new baby bulldog is an adorable ball of naughty energy, and she just loves her visits with Jaime and Joy through the Puppy Pilot Program. Now she has someone to play and socialize with during the day when Mark and I are at work, and she might actually be learning some manners to boot! Wish there was a Petaholics here in Arizona! – We recently moved from New York to Arizona. We always had a great experience with all of luca's cat sitters and the office staff Jordan and Christine. Terrific pain in the you know what... – This service is the biggest pain in the butt I have ever dealt with. The company constantly spammed me and when I repeatedly requested to not get announcements via email they told me it was a "requirement of the service"! Their sitter was nice but did not follow my one real direction. I asked them to leave the automatic litter dispenser 100% alone - they wrote in a note that they added litter against my directions (on day 2) and that jammed up the machine and nearly broke it. Unfortunately this review was written in a retaliatory manner only after we let her know we did not have anyone available to sit for her cat over christmas. At no time were keys held hostage we left them at our mailbox at the ups store literally 3 blocks from her house open 6 days/week but this was still unacceptable to the client.
Lifesavers! – " I couldn't be happier with our regular walker from Petaholics, and on the few times he couldn't make it a great person was always there to take care of my puppy. I only wish that Petaholics could take care of him when we move out of Manhattan."
Very pleased with the service! Would use again if my schedule changes. – I was very pleased with Casey, Tyson's regular walker. He was having a lot of issues with walking outside, noise, fears, etc. and Casey was very patient with him, which was just what he needed.
