Wonderful staff. Affordable care and displayed in the lobby. Always putting non-human patients first above all else! I have twice with my maine coon kitty avoided massive vet bills and emergencies with their affordable preventative care! Plus both my cats having Lord of the Rings names, I always hear the vet crack a pun or joke about their names. :)

We came to LVAH today with our 19 year old leopard gecko. I am incredibly impressed with how she was handled and treated. Some people can be cold with reptiles and not understand their personalities and needs. My little lady was treated like any of my other traditional pets would have been and left feeling like a new girl.

We have been taking our dogs here forever. I used to love the place. Recently I had to put my dog down. When he got sick I would rush him there. He never saw his regular vet and different staff every time I think they high turnover rate for staff. I used to love the staff there. Now I find them to be insensitive to the needs of a dog owner. My dog was put down and all you want is for me to pay the bill. I made two payments on the bill and today they wanted know when I will pay it off.
