Great at first. Then I started seeing bugs on their bags of cat food and their mealworms wouldn’t last more than a few days to a week. Idk if something has changed with management, but things have definitely changed. I called the store just a little bit ago to complain and let them know they lost a customer and Lauren thought it was funny and laughed when I said I wouldn’t be back. She backtracked a bit when I asked her for her name again and tried to tell me it was a nervous laugh when I asked her if it was funny. Doubt it.... read more

Went there to get puppy supplies my little boy had to potty and she made a bunch of excuses why he had to go next door and when I got upset she said our bathroom is a mess and it's a fire hazard to let you back there. I won't be coming back.
I love shopping here! The staff is always so helpful!
