I loved this store I mean I went there daily until the other day the store was nasty the small animals smelled horrible had gross unchanged bedding the fish room smelled bad the koi tank was gross and they were doing some repainting or caulking right over the animal cages I will not be returning to them they have obviously lost their love for the animals it very sad thankfully there are other pet stores in my area.
I ABSOLUTELY love this store. They have everything I need for my pets. The selection is great, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
They are cheaper then any other pet store and very good at caring for fish
I was overcharged on dogfood last week but did not realize until I got home. Went back yesterday and manager Chad made it right and even gave me a discount for having to come back. This is not the 1st time. My greyhound has a sensitive stomach and after trying a new brand, they allowed me to return it. The staff are always friendly and ask if I need help carrying stuff out. You all are great!
They always have everything I need for my pets and I'm always treated courteously.
Manager is very rude!! Told my daughter they weren't selling pets right now. Well why the hell are they in there if they aren't for sale. Definitely do not recommend going in this store ever!!
