I ABSOLUTELY love this store. They have everything I need for my pets. The selection is great, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
They are cheaper then any other pet store and very good at caring for fish
I was overcharged on dogfood last week but did not realize until I got home. Went back yesterday and manager Chad made it right and even gave me a discount for having to come back. This is not the 1st time. My greyhound has a sensitive stomach and after trying a new brand, they allowed me to return it. The staff are always friendly and ask if I need help carrying stuff out. You all are great!
I bought two catfish to go along with my Oscar I already had. We treated them first before adding them the my healthy Oscars tank three days after having the catfish I woke up to them dead. They had no bite wounds our attack marks from my Oscar 2 days after the catfish died our Oscar died even though the tank water was changed and treated for any fungus or ich. The Manager was extremely rude and when we brought back our pet, his initial response was to blame us for her illness instead of considering the fact it could of been the store who brought upon the illness. Very unprofessional and above all else has no regard for the customer or the safety of the animals.
Went there today ( Sunday) at 1030, so they had not been open long to give our dog a bath. Paid for the bath and went back to the room and it was absolutely disgusting. Clumps of hair all over the place and the floor was soaked. Never again
Manager is very rude!! Told my daughter they weren't selling pets right now. Well why the hell are they in there if they aren't for sale. Definitely do not recommend going in this store ever!!
