The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable about the animals and their care. I've gotten a few pets and numerous toys, treats, etc. from here and I've never been disappointed!
Went there to get puppy supplies my little boy had to potty and she made a bunch of excuses why he had to go next door and when I got upset she said our bathroom is a mess and it's a fire hazard to let you back there. I won't be coming back.
The Manager was extremely rude and when we brought back our pet, his initial response was to blame us for her illness instead of considering the fact it could of been the store who brought upon the illness. Very unprofessional and above all else has no regard for the customer or the safety of the animals.
I have bought multiple pets here and supplies. Always met with a smile and a friendly face. You ou can’t beat the prices either!

Went there today ( Sunday) at 1030, so they had not been open long to give our dog a bath. Paid for the bath and went back to the room and it was absolutely disgusting. Clumps of hair all over the place and the floor was soaked. Never again
Always have a great experience here. Half the staff have become friends of mine and I enjoy coming here. Half these bad reviews are just dumb. 1 Star bc your kid couldn’t pee, or 1 Star because small animals weren’t allowed to be sold that day. So dumb. They deserve 10/5 stars.
