I have been taking my little guy to Pet Supplies Plus for his grooming needs. His groomer, Lanelle is kind and loving with Smokey Joe. Would not think of taking him anywhere else! I also buy all of his food, snacks and toys there.....one stop shopping! Great store!

Pets Supply Plus has always been a great supporter and friend of our Law Enforcement K9s. They really go above and beyond to do great things for these pups. For years they have been one of the greatest partners I have ever seen especially for the Richland County Sheriff's Department K9 team. If you have a problem or something is wrong, give them a chance to fix it. Matt is the manager at the Irmo location and he is simply awesome.

I have had wonderful experience with the store, until now. one of the employees was very rude to me today, I had to wait a long time to have my dogs nails clipped. the last lady I have gone to let me hold onto my dog because she hates getting her nails clipped and despises the table. The manager said they can't allow pet parents to hold their dogs, outside and the employee cuts them on the floor. I was more than unhappy, they take her back and I know my dog hates it. so I'm trying to calm her down and they tell me don't talk... read more
The self service dog wash is super convenient! If your pup needs a lot of towels to dry off I suggest bringing some of your own!

I felt so bad for their reptiles. They don’t look like they’re taken care of. If I had the money I would have taken home the chameleon and bearded dragon. Poor babies. One UVB light to cover 4 cages that didn’t cover 2/3 of the cages. No mister or enough foliage in the chameleon’s cage. If you don’t know how to take care of these beautiful creatures don’t sell them. I would be happy to come in for free to educate and take care of these animals for you so you don’t kill them in the process.

Pet supply plus can kiss my behind, we showed up today with cookie six minutes late, and turned us around and said no thank you, we have been following anne around for years.The young girl that was behind the counter claiming to be the manager, Was very rude to my wife. It's too hot for this �! If anyone else in the Irmo area comes here for their dog to be groomed,I highly recommend going somewhere else.
