I love Kaiti and how well she did grooming my sweet girl! Nails were trimmed perfectly; no frayed edges whatsoever! She is absolutely phenomenal and she even sent me a picture of my baby getting loved on and after her bath! Definitely a customer for life! Thank you so much for taking care of my Nova Girl, Kaiti!

Been going here for awhile now since I’ve moved in the area few years ago and I’ve never had a bad experience! Staff is always friendly and asking if I need any assistance or help. Also they always say hello when you come in. I recently did the curbside pickup and it was a good experience. Placed my order the night before and when I woke up it was ready. I called and spoke with a female who was very friendly and brought my order out to me and put it in my car. No issues or worries!

Please add to your website that you must call and schedule an appointment to use the self-serve dog wash. I checked the website and went by the store to check. No I did not ask anyone. When I brought my dog up there to use it I was told I needed to schedule an appointment and there were no appointments for today. It would have much easier if I could have learned that from the website or in store signage.

I buy 4 bags of 33# blue buffalo at a time, large milk bones, all supplies for my 55 gallon fish tank. I am disabled. The staff is wonderful helping me shop and load my car. I won’t return to the competitors. They are great. Love Pierre, Hanna, August
