This was our first time coming to pet spa and we loved it! The staff was very personal and attentive to our needs as well as our dog's! They negotiated a fair price with us based on our dog's particular coat and paid attention to his sensitive feet! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and they seem to communicate with each other very well. Their office is super adorable also! We're overall very satisfied with our grooming!
I feel they took excellent care of my pup for a very affordable prices.

Today was Scottie's first grooming visit here. He looks so good and smells great!! The groomer took time to talk with me before his appointment about my concerns. I took him somewhere else before to get his nails clipped and grinded and they did them too low and hurt him. He was limping for a week. The groomer here was so helpful and even called to tell me my dog was resistant to the grinding so he didn't force it on him. This is probably how he was hurt before. His nails look great! We board our dogs here every time we travel they love it and always come home happy and tuckered out.
