Doug Cayton the groomer is an animal abuser!!! He was fired for punching, burning and abusing dogs here in Florida!!!! Sent two Standards to the emergency vet for burning the skin off their pads. Groomers that have worked with him have stated they have seen him punch, choke and smack the animals in his care. Why do I care & inform EVERY place that hires him....because my service dog came home covered in bruises after being groomed by him and he was fired before I could go back to have a conversation with him!!!! 😡 I call an... read more

I have a 11lb miniature dachshund that I was bringing in to get her temperament testing done. Apparently, the company bought a small building just a couple doors down from their main office, which they were doing interior renovations on. There was a large "Pet Spa at Vinings" sign infront of both buildings. Since it was my first time going there, I was not aware that the new building wasn't open yet, and there was no signage to indicate that. I've been bringing my spoiled, difficult chow-mix, Budderz, here since Tina took it over. I've had nothing but great, loving and personable service. They have a great team all around and today, Princess Budderz got the best grooming ever from Cathy! Beautiful results from a team that clearly loves what they do. I stayed because Budderz is nervous, so I got to watch them in action. Cathy hooked up my girl like she was heading to prom...and her partner Doug is apparently the yorkie whisperer. HAD TO CALL THE POLICE!!! When arriving at this pet spa I thought my puppy would feel at ease here, this would be her first overnight stay away from home since we've brought her home from a shelter (Best friends Adoption The Best Animal Shelter) and I wanted her somewhere she would feel wanted and warm. Upon dropping her off the Lady at the front desk informed us we would need to pick her up before 2:30pm Sunday and I told her we would be back before she said that was fine. Btw the real reason I'm not the up front girl is because I have way too uch compassion. I would have let you take her without paying, I would let her go without charging. I love what I do, I'd do it for free all day every day, we had to buy a new building to accommodate the furbabies therefore I cannot do it for free. Everyone knows the price of commercial real estate in this area is astronomical the piper had to be paid to get something in walking distance.
