Picky dog Mom here! I was impressed with everything from start to finish with our visit. Staff was friendly, areas were clean, my dog came home happy, tired and smelled great!
I brought in my 6 month old Irish setter Ryley for the lodge and learn. The staff is awesome and his training went so well he picked up a new command that we're successfully using at home. Would highly recommend Pet Ritz for doggie daycare and training. Will happily trust them with the care of our sweet goof.

The staff at Pet Ritz is AMAZING! They treated Cinder as their own, even got her into a group of dogs she would actually play with, and they were extremely accommodating when our trip home ran into a few snags and we had to extend her stay. I cannot recommend this place enough!
They truly go above and beyond. Our lab Bailey had a medical issue while in their care and they drove her to our vet to be looked at. They also gave her a Birthday Party. Bailey and Willow say thank you for taking such good care of them.
