I just had the worst possible experience with this place. All of the HORRIBLE reviews that I read and feared might be true, are true. If you want to make sure the remains that you get back are really YOUR PET, then do not take your baby here! I picked up my cat from a lock box on the porch, which contained many, many little pet boxes, far too many to have been PRIVATELY cremated in one day! When I called, the woman that I spoke with was not sympathetic at all - could have been a bad day. She took my information and gave it to a man that called me back a few hours later. This guy seemed to have the same coolness towards the process of explaining it all to me.
