This is so long overdue. Madison helped my husband and I plan my mom's funeral and she was beyond everything I could has asked for. She was so patient and kind, very compassionate while working with your needs. She really took her time to talk us through every option and answered all the questions we had. I would like to specifically thank Tara for the service and effort of this past weekend. She was patient, selfless and treated my late grandmother and family with honour and pride. I attended a funeral service here recently and, although I was unfamiliar with the facility and the service itself, I was very impressed by how welcoming, accommodating and supportive the staff and facility were. There were approximately 800 people in attendance, yet everything seemed to be handled with care and professionalism. The facility was beautiful, comfortable and inviting, which made a difficult day a little easier. A very positive experience during what was, of course, a difficult occasion.
