My family recently had a funeral for our sister. Funeral planning was done by Justin, funeral director. Justin was kind, compassionate, organized, but most of all,very professional. We were very pleased that he was able to "hold " our hands and guide us through this difficult time. He provided answers to our questions in a timely manner. Well done Justin. Thank you very much. Thanks to the staff as well at the Brampton crematorium. You were very kind.

The staff was very supportive, patient, empathetic during our interaction with setting up our moms funeral arrangements. Madison was great and Stephanie went above and beyond her duties to assist in dressing mom while we were there. Despite the weather everything went smoothly. We're very pleased with everything. Had a funeral for A SIKH family member, unfortunately this funeral home does not follow basic etiquette for holding Sikh funerals. They allow everyone to wear there shoes inside during Sikh ceremony. When I asked why wasn't there an area to take of shoes .. their answer was due to covid... it's 2025... plus there's no covid on people's feet.
