This is so long overdue. Madison helped my husband and I plan my mom's funeral and she was beyond everything I could has asked for. She was so patient and kind, very compassionate while working with your needs. She really took her time to talk us through every option and answered all the questions we had. I would like to specifically thank Tara for the service and effort of this past weekend. She was patient, selfless and treated my late grandmother and family with honour and pride. Tristan and the team were very attentive and helpful every step of the way when planning our father's funeral. From start to finish everything was handled professionally and respectfully. The gentleman and team who supported us on the day of the viewing and the funeral were also amazing and made a day that was difficult for us all good very smoothly. I would definitely recommend and will be using this facility in the future as needed.
