We went by many different places before choosing Pet Paradise. But the staff here seems to really care about the dogs, so we decided to use Pet Paradise. We had the deluxe suite for our 2 yorkies that are 12yrs old and have never been boarded before. The video camera did not work which was upsetting to me . But the staff sent me pictures every day that helped ease my mind. I would use them again.
Great job taking care of my dog. He is a very high energy Weim and very clever. So clever he even let himself out of the kennel. Staff emailed me telling me they moved him to a more secure room and gave me the link to his new webcam. Loved having the web cam feature made me feel more at ease on vacation. Loved being able to check in on him.
Our dog seemed fine when we picked him up and the staff was friendly however last time he stayed we received an email with a picture that he was doing well. This time we never heard from anyone. Would have at least liked to receive an email on how he was doing.
Staff did a good job taking care of my cat. I would like to recommend cameras so we can see our cat during the trip. Prices should be cheaper for cats. Bigger space for cats to play. Everything else was great
My first time using Pet Paradise and it was very nice, they made sure I felt comfortable and email me daily picture of my dogs. I have let my dogs stay at another resort and when I picked them up they were sick for a week, and ended up having a huge vet bill, but not Pet Paradise, my dogs are their normal self and not feel like they was mistreated I would definitely use them again!!!!
My dog seemed very happy when we picked her up. Everyone is very friendly and loving towards our dog.
It was our dogs first time being boarded so we were probably more anxious than him. The facilities were well kept and the staff was outstanding. The 4 hours of group play and pool time helped reassure us that he wouldn't be locked up all day. We would definitely use them again
Very kind and reassuring with leaving our older dog... our lab had no signs of stress after staying here.
Great staff. My furbaby had a great time.
