No problems except for minor mixup, however, this was our second time and the first was over 2 weeks stay and there was no mixup at all. I have recommended you to several people. I will give them the free stay card if I run into them again. The mixup was just sending the wrong dog picture to email one time. They gave us a discount even though we did not complain but just mentioned it. Lol. Very pleased. I think your people display affection for animals. ð
They always take great care of our dog
We were concerned about our dog developing a rash from food irritation, and I forgot to pack his home food. The woman who checked us in was very helpful. When I told her my concern, she offered to feed our dog some sensitive GI Iams. We came back to pick our dog up after 8 days, and he had no rash. It was also nice that the guy who brought our dog out seemed to know him well. I felt like my dog was well cared for!
Maximus loves going for daycare!! Staff is friendly and very helpful!
