My dog loves his stay at Pet Paradise at the Jacksonville Airport. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. The facilities are clean, the dog suites are nice and they have a lot of activities for them to do. We will definitely be back!

My little buddy Nugget is a 6 pound Chihuahua rescued from the shelter. The staff at Pet Paradise is so excellent, over time he has overcome much of his aggression. They have taken special time with him, and because of this I am so grateful. This place and staff is Top Notch, the Best!
My dogs seem to be happy there. They always play ball with my Oscar which is his favorite thing in the whole world.
My experience was not so good my dogs the Las 3 times was not good at all they were sick when they came this last time was the worst the we got back home I was on Facebook seen big Rosta dog with halo I guess is what it's called so we rushed to pick them up they said someone called us about it no phone call was recorded then blood from my big all over the floor omg one his nails was hanging off my small Bentley dog was shaking so bad pictures showing on Facebook they were never taken out the... read more
