Dexter has spent a couple of Daycare days with your staff now. We really appreciate the availability and convenience of your location! My one wish/hope is that your staff would give more information to pet owners when we come in. On our first try-out day I left feeling very uncomfortable about the whole experience and was not given any information and was told I was not allowed to see where he would be staying for the day. I take my dogs to Pet Paradise often, They are well cared for and seem to be in good spirits when I pick them up. The personnel are super-friendly and obviously enjoy taking care of the animals. I feel that I do not have to worry about the dogs when they are at Pet Paradise.

Dog was well taken care of and HAPPY! I was nervous about leaving my bulldog in this location because the play area is partially outdoors, but he did well.

Everything was great checking and checkout was quick and easy. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the report on how snickers did during the boarding .
