The staff is wonderful, very caring and attentive. My pups love going there and they get very happy when they see the staff.
Ellie loved it! The attention and the pool. Liked getting daily reports and photos. Impressed I was called about her skin rash. Easy drop off and pick up. Liked the professional, organized staff.
Our Golden Retriever seemed well cared for. The only thing that we were not exactly happy about was the fact that because he was not neutered he was not going to be able to participate in group play. I understand the reasoning but if the "females" had one time session and the "males" another time session it would not matter whether the dog was neutered or not neutered. To the dog, it is a form of punishment that they can not comprehend. I hope this is helpful.

We have used you in the past and had a great experience! This time we did enjoy getting the email with pictures of our pups having fun! Both our pups came down with kennel cough this time so I was a little disappointed that this happened... I do understand that this happens but to have that extra vet bill and have to take more time off from work financially was a big inconvenience .... We hope that our next experience will be better. Your staff takes such good care of my fur baby. In fact they spoil her worse than I do, if that is possible.
