Russ, Ben and Hobie have stayed at Pet Paradise JIA 3 times for a week - 10 days each time. Most recently, they were guests there so that we could enjoy our honeymoon...seems the dogs had as great a time there as we did in Jamaica! They know exactly when we drive into the parking lot that THEIR vacation is about to begin, too. PP cares for them professionally and with great care and love. Thanks bunches Pet Paradise!

You guys took great care of my 2 dogs and I could see from the pictures that they really loved being in your place and all the attention u guys have given them. Love all the photos and messages u sent to keep us connected. Brought them home they seem so bored. Might have to get them to go to one of your play dates for all the fun. Great job taking care of my dog. He is a very high energy Weim and very clever. So clever he even let himself out of the kennel. Staff emailed me telling me they moved him to a more secure room and gave me the link to his new webcam. Loved having the web cam feature made me feel more at ease on vacation. Loved being able to check in on him.
Our dog seemed fine when we picked him up and the staff was friendly however last time he stayed we received an email with a picture that he was doing well. This time we never heard from anyone. Would have at least liked to receive an email on how he was doing.
Reservation, arrival and pick up, all handled in friendly manner
My wife and I travel frequently so our pet Cody gets to stay at Pet Paradise with his friends. The Team at Pet Paradise are great and very caring. Cody loves it there. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs to board their pet.
