Pet paradise is a very professional business. the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My dog was happy when I picked her up and even though I didn't request a bath she did not look or smell dirty at all. The kennels are as clean as they can be and safe for the pets! I feel very comfortable taking my dog there and highly recommend them.

Staff was friendly and helpful, they watched and cared for our puppies. It was our dogs' 1st time being left anywhere and they loved it! We would definitely recommend Pet Paradise!
Benny was a little scared but the check in were so sweet with him.
I love the email updates. Great way to notify me that my buddy is doing well while I'm away. However, when I picked my dog up, his food was in a different plastic bag than the one i brought it in and he was not given his bully stick (it was returned at pick up unscathed). Overall still very good. I can trust Pet Paradise to take care of my dog while I'm out of town.
