Bear and Shadow love their playtime here. Every time we drive by they start getting excited. We love their "report cards". The entire staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Our two give it two paws up!ð¶ð¶

What do I like most?? NOTHING!!! The lobby is dark and dreary, and the amount of dog's barking made me wonder about their care!! Also, please look at the video of the "small" dog area that has big dog's too, and how it is very overcrowded, the big dog area was also very overcrowded!! So here's my story. I was just turned away from my grooming appointment because we were a few minutes late!! Worst experience ever and no follow up.
I dropped off my dog a week ago, while checking in at the front desk, I noticed a woman customer was looking at me with a very scared and frightened face. Then I looked at the vestibule where a gentleman had their two pit bulls. Thankfully they were contained in the vestibule, both dogs were behaving extremely vicious and aggressive. One year ago I started to bring my dogs Jedi and Gigi to Pet Paradise and sice then I only have very good experiences. Staff members are very nice. Chris the groomer was very patient. Jedi is a 3 legs dog and apparently the previous grommer couldnt finish the job. Chris suggested to bring Jedi every other week so Jedi could trust Chris. Now, Jedi goes straight to the staff member wagging his tail. And when i go pick up him, he is 100% groomed.
