Nasty, unwashed bedding. – Nasty bedding. Upon arriving with my dog, he was taken from me and walked through a door to this runs. I wanted to go back and see what the area looked like where he would sleep. I was told I could not go through door personnel only. Anyway, I had to leave immediately for the airport. When I picked up my dog four nights later, he was scared, shaking, and walking to the door fast. Not reliable for after hours, Nice facility – They claim they are available at all hours, with staff onsite, however, they were nowhere to be found for our scheduled pickup. They did not apologize. They do have nice facilities for the dogs with indoor/outdoor space. The staff seem reasonable and trusting. Not my first choice for boarding, but there are worse places out there...
Wonderful !!! – This place is awesome! The service is wonderful, staff is great, Groomer (Felicia) is the best in town!! Always clean & will bend over backwards to make you & your pets feel comfortable! Highly recemmend coming to this place! The one in Webster is the nasty smelly one that loses dogs! I think "udontknowme" is a webster kennel person trying to start crap because their business sucks!! Now that place is horrible!
"Former Employee Warning" is full of lies! – The outrageous and slanderous comments by "udontknowme" are completely false and seem to be the product of a vengeful, hateful mind. I am a long time client of Pet Paradise at Hobby and have boarded my beloved little dog there for as long as two weeks on a number of occasions, including very recently, plus have had him groomed there frequently. the groomer flecia is awsome! – all the people here care so much about the dogs the have a real pool for dogs big yards always clean! flecia the groomer is awsome!! she has 15 yrs experenice knows what she is doing if u couldnt find her after she left her old job (pet palace) this is where to find her and it is 10000% worth it just go see trust me!!
My dog's home away from home! – As any pet owner does, I get very anxious about leaving my dog anywhere for an extened amount of time....but right when I walked in my nerves were instantly calmed! not only was this place sqeaky clean, it really did look like a pet's paradise! It has a huge open area for the dogs to run and play and a big bone shaped swimming pool for them to jump into (its sectioned off for those who dont dare wet their coat). my dog got a skin infection here – I took my dog to the Pet Paradise on University Blvd. I chose this pet facility because it looked as though she would have a great, fun time here. The pictures of the place were very impressive. We had bordered her here for 6 days, while we went on vacation. The biggest mistake we have ever made. No Place Better!!! – There is not a better place to board your animals. Pet paradise has the best staff, and the most convienent hours. You can not find a better place that will care for your pets better than Pet Paradise Resort. The staff is top notch, very knowledgeable and caring.
