Staff is very caring & loving. Pet Paradise truly is!
I take both of my dogs here for doggy daycare and individual boarding and they both love it here. The staff are so friendly and caring and it’s super clean. So thankful for them
This place is a bad environment. The staff may seem nice but when I went and was checking in I overheard them talking about their employees in a bad manner . Also watch the cameras for your pets they love spraying them in the face which is a bad habit for dogs they might get a new fear because of it . I don’t recommend this place .
If I could do a negative Star I would. The groomer is horrible, this is the second time the instructions were not followed. Told to do a teddy bear cut and DO NOT cut the eyelashes. Well guess what? Cut eyelashes and completely chopped the hair around the face. Bottom line is that we will never come back. The place is nice and the staff is nice, just the groomer needs to learn how to read and follow directions.
Wonderful place! We will be back!
