I'm giving a 2 star review because the first time I took my senior dogs to the facility for boarding they didnt want to leave the facility, they were loving all the staff members and they came home tired and at ease. Both with the evaluation and with the boarding. This time around, which is less then a year later, I bring them back to enjoy a day with the day camp so they can have the same fun and they left anxious, pulling us to leave and wouldn't settle down. Dog came home with a big bark mark on her neck. Chelsea who is on maternity leave told me on the phone that she don’t know what to tell me and hung on me after requesting a higher manager to deal with the situation. Hung on me twice. So went there to confront her immediately now “Chelsea” placed not to book on my account. The higher manager did absolutely nothing!!
I can’t say enough good things about Pet Paradise! The staff is so caring, attentive, and truly treats my dog like family. Every time I drop him off, he’s excited to go in, which gives me so much peace of mind. The facility is always clean, safe, and full of happy pets. I love that they take the time to give personalized attention and updates—it really shows how much they care. It’s such a comfort knowing my pup is in great hands while I’m away.
