Dog left with fleas. We went to Brazil for 2 weeks and was told they get baths and taken care of. My dog has been scratching since she left. I took her in and they said she has fleas now. That's awesome job they do over there.
I would NOT bring my dogs or cats here!!!! EVER I came in and saw 5+ employers in the front talking and on their phones. More cursing just behind a wall. If this is what they do in front what do they do alone with the dogs!!!! The place is clean (what i could see) and I did not hear dogs screaming is the ONLY they get 2 stars.

REVIEW UPDATE I changed my rating from 3 stars to 1 Star. The staff was very apologetic after my first poor experience, but did nothing to fix the issues the second time I brought my dog here for a weekend. They still couldn’t follow instructions with his medication and forgot to give him treats. Unfortunately I would not trust them with your pet if they require any special care. Will not be returning.
