Haley is the best! I have crazy separation anxiety from my dog and she did an incredible job at checking in with me, sending me pictures, and loving on my girl. Her directions were clear and easy to follow once I got home as well. So happy with the results so far!
Pet Paradise gives me peace of mind whenever my dog stays there. During this stay, my dog developed a skin issue, and the staff informed me about it right away. When I addressed my concerns, they responded immediately and handled the situation as quickly as possible. I really appreciate their honesty, communication, and willingness to take my inquiry seriously. Their transparency and prompt response made me feel that my dog was being cared for responsibly.
The groomer, Tiffany, was an excellent groomer! She was able to groom my dog with precision, expertise, and patience. Other people could not even trim her nails. Tiffany was able to fully groom her, cut her nails, and cut her hair. Thank you Tiffany for all your hard work and communication skills!
