Over spring break we booked an appointment for our dog. When we got there they indicated one of her shots was past due and also they didn't have any space, which makes the shot comment kind of pointless. This has happened now 3 times.now over the last several years so I refuse to go back. All it takes is a quick phone call or text to indicate there’s an issue with the reservation. Instead we assume everything is fine with multiple reservation confirmations only to have to panic on our way out of town to figure something out.... read more
we booked a stay for our dog, but when we got there, on the way to the airport(!!!) they said they didn't have space. worst run pet care facility i have ever seen!
