We have loved Pet Paradise!! One of our dogs is a handful with a lot of energy. They always greet her with excitement and make sure she gets a lot of exercise, attention and especially love during day camp. The staff is always helpful and we know our girl is safe when she’s there.
My daughter takes her two crazy dogs here, and they always take such good care of them! A huge plus that they are always nice and tired at the end of the day!
My grand dogs go here ... they love the staff and have an amazing time during their stay.
Lots of fees that do not reflect on the app and that they do not disclose to you when you drop off. No refunds. There are extra fees on pickup time guys, regular open times! Not midnight time! They say it’s corporate etc. but then they should call back after reservation to talk through these new fees that to not reflect on the app, that is false advertising. I will never ever take my dog back here! First, the people who work here have zero personality and all seem like they hate their job and answering questions. Just uncaring people. I chose Pet Paradise because they had boarding AND day camp as I didn't want my dog locked up 24/7 in a kennel and they knew a month in advance I had a pug however the morning I dropped him off is when she told me since he's a short faced dog he doesn't get Day Camp so my dog only got 2 hours of play each day and was locked in a kennel for 22 hours... read more
