Pet Paradise is amazing! Their customer service is top-notch—they always answer the phone, are super helpful, and genuinely care about the pets. I get regular updates, which gives me so much peace of mind. My dogs absolutely love going there! The staff is so good with them, and I know they’re in great hands. Cammy has been such a blessing to work with, and Darryann, the resort manager, runs everything so smoothly. Both go above and beyond. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that treats your pets like family!
I am surprised about the post of Bordatella. I do know they won’t let any dog come there without proof of updated vaccinations. They were very strict about me showing proof and I was fine with that. The staff is always friendly and welcoming whether over the phone or in person. I do feel like the staff seems overwhelmed or maybe they are short staffed? I think most owners want to know what their dog/ pet did or how they interacted ? Staff just hands your pet over without any interaction. We have been there 2 times. When I br... read more

Our puppies love coming here!! The staff is great and very attentive. Love to check in and see our fur babies on the cameras!
