We left our Tex and Belle there 😂(Thor & Springer’s cousins) Saturday night while our daughter got married! It was an amazing experience. Loved getting the photo updates! We’ve definitely found our Puppy hotel for those times we can’t take them along!

We have a dog with special needs due to anxiety issues. They go the extra mile to give her extra special loving when she needs it. I feel very fortunate to have a place where I feel comfortable when I just need a break as well. Thank you all!!
This place is awesome! They truly care!
Our Siberian Husky ,Chief, has always loved his stays at pet paradise. He even knows the building so well that he starts jumping around as soon as we pull up, trying to go in. He loves to swim in the pool. This past weekend we introduced our grand pup, Bruno, ( Pom mix) and he loved it so much that when we left he was whining. Lol! We definitely trust the kind pet lovers at pet paradise with our babies! And we always love reading the Pawgress Report when we pick them up!
Last minute reservation (regular place was booked due to holiday). They kept our girl for 13 nights, charged us $650 and couldn’t inform of us when she developed an injury while in their care. I had to call them and ask them why they hadn’t mentioned it and they didn’t know she had any injuries. Asked to speak with managers and they do not hold themselves accountable for anything and can’t even get a call back from a manager.
