I really love Pet Paradise Hobby, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, the place is nice and clean but most importantly, I trust leaving by baby girl in their hands.
We have dropped off our teddy bear a few times but recently dropped him off for a whole week while we went on vacation. they took care of him, they called us a couple of times to let us know he was playing outside so we could watch him while we were away. Thank you for taking good care of him while we were away. I was a worried mom.
OMG what a Wonderful Place, Took our girl's Kloey and Zoey there for the first time away from us and was so worried they wouldn't do well without us being there with them, and they had the best time ever... And I can't say enough about the staff they go above and beyond they took the time to answer all our questions and put our minds at ease. Why did it take me so long to find such a loving place for our baby girls, Pet Paradise will definitely be our babies home away from home when we travel.
This place and the staff are angels! Due to Harvey we had to board our Rose for a long time! I called and was welcomed, assured Rose would be fine. While we tore our house apart our dog was on vacation! Still homeless but our family of 3 is back together. We can't thank you enough! Hugs and kisses to you all, from Rose, Judy and Raven. Pet Paradise Hobby is terribly managed. My dog was sent home with a bloody ankle and I do not believe they give you the services they charge you for. The manager is an uncaring robot unable to relate to people. Customers are an annoyance to her. By contrast, the pet paradise location on JFK in Houston is fantastic. What a difference a manager makes!
Great staff and they always take care of our little four legged baby
This was my first time ever boarding my cats. I needed a place to keep them safe during Hurricane Harvey. The staff went above and beyond to take care of all of the animals under emergency conditions. It's obvious they care a lot about the animals under their care. Thank you Pet Paradise!
