Just picked up my babies after leaving them for 4 days for the first time. They had a great time. The staff is amazing and genuinely cares about dogs. Waiting on mine I watched others playing and a staff member could name each one. I will definitely be bringing Kane and Lizzy back. I don’t know why I was so worried leaving them. 😀
It used to give me pause when Bailey and Lexie wouldn't even look back at me as they dragged one of the staff to the back..but then I realized that they just love it there so much, that they can't wait to get in there and have fun. They have been going there for over 8 years, and I can go off feeling confident that they are happy, extremely well cared for, and safe 24 hours a day. That peace of mind is priceless.
Just picked up our Hondo from his 1st weekend stay at Paradise. Our boy was a bit nervous at drop off and the staff was amazing with him. To have the peace of mind knowing your pet is in great hands while you are away is priceless. I can not say enough about the staff from drop off, to our calling in to check on him, to picking him up this morning. Each person was helpful and kind. We will be back to Paradise!!
The staff here are all very friendly, and my babies all enjoy coming here! I know our fur babies are taken care of!
We have used another PP location but needed to board our boys in Houston so we brought them to Hobby. The staff were very nice and made us feel comfortable right away. Since this was our first time at this location we were a little nervous. But that was washed away with the kind greeting and what we were use to with Pet Paradise facilities. The place is always clean. This PP has a great pool and play area for our boys Yogi and BooBoo. we will be back!
The staff at PP Hobby are always accommodating and friendly. The took special care of my senior dog and now my puppy. So thankful to have a great place to board my sweetheart, Ziva.
Absolutely recommend this location! My husband and I dropped off our Biscuit a few days ago to go out of town and the staff was unbelievably polite and accommodating. The prices are reasonable and the check in process was quick!
We love Pet Paradise! Our dog Nola loves the staff because they love her so much. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. 5 stars!! Thanks y’all!
