Karla the groomer is absolutely horrible & rude she needs to be fired! Do not let your furr babies get groomed by her. She didn’t do what she promised she took it into her own hands to shave my baby & she cut her making her bleed. So unprofessional and trashy!

I have taken my dogs here for approximately the past year for day camp and boarding. The staff is so kind and accommodating, and the genuinely care for the animals in their possession; whenever we arrive, even if months had past since our last visit, they immediately remember my dogs’ names and share little stories of my dogs’ past stays and the fun they had with my dogs. Thank you Pet Paradise for a wonderful experience. All four of my puppers are worn out. Excellent customer service throughout and so happy I got to see my babies everyday through the webcam. We will definitely be back!
Louis has been going to Pet Paradise every since he was a baby. He goes daily and very obvious that he misses it during these unusual times. Today he got his Pet Paws Gift and was very excited to model it!! We love Pet Paradise!!
Bring my pup here when I visit Houston ! He gets excited to walk in; he loves it !! People are nice and place is very clean.
Excelente service and clear facility
Inconsistent policy changes randomly imposed and never with advance written notice .. additional random charges on top of already hefty boarding fees for holidays or late pickups. Unfriendly reception upon arrival with pet..more matter of fact. Loyalty rewards are a joke. Pet Paradise used to be customer oriented especially at Houston Hobby. It has changed dramatically and I do not recommend or trust them with my pet anymore. They are now more interested in profit than the safety of our pets or satisfaction of their customer... read more
