Took my pup in for a wash and Anneka took really great care of him! He's like a new dog! :)
We have boarded our sweet pups TJ and Hannah at Pet Paradise several times now and though our little one isn't a huge fan of really anyone but us, and maybe the sassy pup on the block, the staff at pet paradise takes such great care of her! You can tell that they are well taken care of and loved , and I must say .. Hannah seems to be coming around! � we drive about 40 mins one way to drop our dogs off here and we are so thankful for the love and care Pet Paradise provides for our babies.
Always have a great experience with grooming and boarding. My babies always come home happy. Thank you Pet Paradise.
I love Pet Paradise! They are always great with my mini schnauzer, Benny and they love animals. I love having the cats roam around the lobby, they're super sweet!
I have called and receive answering service, I've left messages, tried to make reservations online but could not, and sent message through their website. Besides not answering the phone when I call, they do not return my phone calls when I leave a message, they do not answer my online inquires either. Very poor customer service! The one time our three dogs stayed there, they seemed very un-organized, the young girls running the place did not return all of the food, with meds, I provided. Very unhappy!!

I have received two emails with shot records but nothing more. This time of year, we do our absolute best to accommodate the unimaginable amount of business that comes our way. Great experience for our pups. You never know what you're gonna get when you come home from a vacation and pick up your fur babies. Great service you have from grooming to boarding very exceptional. I will recommended y'all to all of my friends in need of dog help.
Thanks you guys!! You did a wonderful job with my 15 year old Aussie. I've been trying to groom him myself (He's almost 70 lbs) after having some rather terrible encounters with other groomers at big name pet stores, and a couple of private groomers. I appreciate the TLC, Eliot was happy and in good spirits when I picked him up, and he looks great.
