Be more attentive to elderly pets. Our lab went in Wednesday 11/21/18 walking just fine, on his own. We get a call Saturday 11/24/18 that he is unable to walk on his own. When we arrived to pick him up, employee's were unable to give a clear explanation of why he is unable to walk and we needed to carry him out. He was wet and when I asked why he was wet, the girl responded with "he peed on himself'. He also had 3 pressure sores. one on his injured leg, paw and elbow area. Very affordable, we have 2 boxers which are boarded together in their own space and your pet is not put in a crate.
Brought our sweet Lexi here for the first time on Monday, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of service! I am always so skeptical of taking her to new places, as she has had bad experiences with groomers before on top of her anxiety, but Pet Paradise was phenomenal. The staff were so friendly and caring, and you could tell they enjoy their jobs. It’s not always easy for the puppies to go somewhere new and do the not-so-fun stuff like nail trims and a bath, but we do our best to make them as comfortable as we can. The few times we’ve had to board our dogs, we’ve brought them here. I ended up moving to west Texas and will drive out of my way 4 hours one way away from home to bring my dogs here because they love going and I trust this place. My boyfriend joked that he didn’t want to bring our pups back because when we pick them up, they’re too busy crying because they don’t want to leave Pet Paradise than giving him love �
We board and get our yorkie groomed! They are absolutely wonderful to our sweet Phoenix!
My pups seemed to have a good time and everyone was super helpful
