They are amazingly helpful they know everything about any animal that's in there and they are just down right the best. I will never go to petsmart agian
I drive all the way from Hampton to this store. Absolutely the best in this area.
Seriously is one of the best pet stores ever! Not much cat and dog stuff. But they have everything from birds, rodents, bunnys, reptiles, and fish, and just about anything you need for them! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I advise everyone to check it out if you haven't already! Also they have a great selection and great prices! The only pet store I need for my exotic animal needs!
Super cool place!!!! Walked into the bird area and was completely stunned at how beautiful and friendly they all were. I love that they are allowed to be free instead of in a room or cages. Wonderful fish room as well. Reptial and amphibian room is super awesome too! If you are a new customer though be patient, they are trying super hard to get new stock in since animal jungle closed. Best mom and pop pet shop! Kids loved it too!
Bought my red tegu from there 7 years ago. She is still alive and in great shape. They have good quality reptiles and I won't buy one from anywhere else and I refer people looking for reptiles to come here.

I go here for all of my pet needs wether it's for my rats, snakes, turtle, hamster, etc. they always have what I need at a great affordable price. The staff here are friendly, funny, they're very involved in the community, they have fun events to raise awareness for certain things, they also donate to many different organizations, and are ALWAYS willing to help with whatever it is you need even if you just have a question. Best Pet store in the Hampton Roads area! I drive 40 mins once a week just to get my pet supplies or new pets. The reptile department cannot be beat and always has something new. If you haven never checked this store out before it is worth it for sure!
The staff is very knowledgeable and they care!
