I got to say I LOVE THIS PLACE! Josh is a beast and always helps soooooo much, in the last 4 months I have bought about 14 tarantulas from him and nice terrariums that he has personally set up beautifully, Now that is customer service!!!!!!
I'm not a pet store type of person. Because I have come to relize a lot of pet stores don't really care about the animals. But pet paradise is amazing it is the only pet store I will buy a animal from over a local breeder. I have bought geckos and spiders and they are all in perfect conditions and have great temperaments as well. I never see a dirty cage in there or a animal with out water ect. This is the only pet store I would recommend to anyone.

These guys were nothing but helpful and informative. It was mad busy before Christmas when I was there to get a couple BP morphs and one of the brothers whom own the shop politely said "be just a little patient and I'll help you anyway I can". We left informed, satisfied, feeling they would help anyway possible. In fact, the one brother told me again, "call me with even question that may come up if needed". Pet Paradise is Awesome! My husband says I can't buy any more animals! The staff is always friendly and nice and helpful. They can answer your questions with expert answers. Love to hold and visit the birds and snakes. Keep up the great job!
Very cool reptile department, best pet store in the area. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. It's a long drive for me but definetly worth it.
It's a fun place to visit but last time we went, the lady in the bird section was very rude to me and my daughter. Instead of politely asking to put my bag up front, she said "You need to go take your bag to the front now!" Also had my daughter in her stroller and said that I can't look at the birds because it'll frighten them in a rude manner as well.
The manager or whoever is in charge of the fish department was rude to us!Didn't have a smile and just seemed rude and ignorant and very cold towards us!!Every question we asked him he didn't seem to want to answer us and didn't care for our business and made our experience very unpleasant!!Not to mention we had our 3 year old son with us who was all excited about getting a new fish and the guy was a complete and total ass and we will never do business with them again!!I hope no one else has an experience like we did!!!!

I purchased my Mojave Ball Python from this store and I couldn't be happier. All their animals are well taken of and healthy. The employees are always knowledgeable and so helpful. They will always get 5 stars from me!
