I've been going to this Petshop for over 25 years, and the service is always up to par. Not the very best Petshop in Tidewater, but you can probably find what you need here (if it's not too exotic). Friendly staff and "competitive" prices. Decent Petshop in my opinion.
Went here was interested in piece of coral, had no prices asked how much, the employee couldn't tell me said she would have to talk to manager but manager wasn't there and said he had no phone to contact. She did her part and was helpful, but one would think the management would be more helpful. She said he had been gone for a hr and hopefully would be back soon so I waited about 15 minutes and while I was waiting was looking at fish, saw a lot of dead saltwater fish. Such an awesome place! Very informative staff. The birds are mostly out free, so you can handle them. Just a family friendly store!!!
I got my female Spider from here for a great price. She's one of the most vibrant spider BP I've seen. Definitely satisfied with my purchase.
Great service friendly atmosphere the only place to feed my bearded dragon turtles and rat!!!!!!!
Bought our Tropicana Macaw from these guys, and it was their knowledge, care, and expertise that convinced us to invest in our Simon. He's now 5 years old! We love the reptile department, and although we treat it like our very own petting zoo, the staff is always welcoming and treats us like family!

My husband Michael Miller and I want to thank pet paradise for everything they do. We especially want to thank Josh, Collin, and Miles in the reptile department..they are the best and help us every time we need answers or just a bit of advice, we are customers for LIFE!!!
Cheapest place to find food for my reptiles not to mention only place I can find dubia roaches in Va. Prices on roaches are also the cheapest I can find, including online ordering. The only thing makes me sad is there's only one store like this in Hampton Roads and I live on the far side of Hampton. Still worth the drive.
Great prices and even better variety!!! A+++++++++
