This place is awesome. Unlike my local vets office where I usually board my cat, Pet Palace actually showed me where he would be staying. They even gave my daily reports of how was doing on the three days he stayed there.
RecommendedGreat place! Great staff! I travel for work quite often so once and a while I have to board my dog Tucker here. It's never easy leaving your furry child overnight but every time I've taken him to Pet Palace he comes home happy healthy and extremely tired from playing with all the pups! Tucker has stayed here over the last 2 years several times and I'd recommend it. It's nice to find a place where I feel my dog is safe when I am away!
I just can't say enough great things about the Hilliard Pet Palace location! The staff truly treats your dog like they are one of their own (even if they have special needs)! Macy has been going to daycare, camp (boarding) and grooming here for 6 + years and they are like an extended family to us!
Heads up: pick- up after noon and they charge for a 2nd day. Everyone is very friendly. First impression was a good one. Except for the extra expense.
