RecommendedThey always take great care of our pups and never mind a phone call to check in. They always go above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable as well as my dogs. They may be a little higher priced than some other places but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend!
I was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital a couple of days ago and my friend took my two dogs over to them to board with no reservation. No problem, says Pet Palace!!!! You guys are the BEST! I'll never forget what you did for me and my dogs!
I highly recommend Pet Palace! We have boarded our beloved dog, Trooper, there numerous times over the past 7.5 years. It never felt like we were leaving him; it felt like we were dropping him off to visit with friends. He absolutely loved going there! We recently lost our brave Trooper and, when my wife called to cancel a previously scheduled grooming appointment, the young lady who answered the phone cried when told that Trooper had passed away. I tried to drop my 2 dogs off at daycare today, and was told they are full because of boarding for the weekend. I made an online reservation and was never informed they were full. Also was told that my dogs need the flu shot for day care, but they have not needed this in the past. The flu shot is not a required vaccine on your website. You should probably update that for future customers. Very unhappy with the customer service
Chip LOVES coming here once a week for daycare plus he loves boarding when we have to leave him and go on vacation (I'm sure he'd rather come with us). The staff is great and I always feel comfortable with them caring for my fur baby.
I just used them for their boarding and grooming services for first time. I am extremely happy with both services. I can't say enough good things about the service and care my pugs received. My two pugs seemed calm and happy when I picked them up. They got perhaps the best nail trim I've ever had with them (anyone who has tried to trim a pug's nails know how difficult this is). Their staff were pleasant. The facility appeared clean. I will be using them again.
My 3 Basset Hounds just spent 9 days here while we were on vacation. They did such an excellent job with our stubborn crazy girls. Thank you so much�.
