They wouldn’t put an extra line on the inscription without more money. My was cremated there this week. The bag and box had ashes all over it. It’s in a box with a felt bag that has ashes leaking out. Not even sealed.
They misspelled the urn plate which makes me nervous that my pet wasn’t handled with care either. If you are able, go to the location to make sure everything is handled correctly.
They provide no way of knowing what kind of cremation service was done. I remember I used to get a certificate that certified my pet's cremation was private. Now, even though I specifically requested a private cremation, I have no way of knowing. Am I supposed to just take their word for it? Next time I'll handle the cremation services myself rather than go through this place.
They did such a beautiful job on my dog’s ashes and prints. Thank you Paul for all of your help!
