Don't walk... run!!! Oh how I wish I had read these reviews before I took my cat to the Animal Clinic of Westerville. What a rip off! My cat has a chronic ear problem and has had it all his life. I used to live in Delaware and took him to Oakside Animal Clinic (they're awesome!!!!). Well I moved to Westerville and needed a vet here. I wish I had called Oakside for a referral first. Wonderful Dr. I was impressed with the friendliness that was given to me from all of the staff including the doctor. They explained the things that my pet needed and why it needed it. They gave me the information I needed to be able to make the best choice for my pet. I would recommend this clinic.
Want Overpriced Pet Care? Get It Here! I tried this vet once with my new puppy and was shocked when I checked out and it cost me over $300! The staff tried to sell me "new puppy packages" that were not necessary. I felt very pressured. It seemed like all they cared about was making money, not about me or my dog. I would never recommend this vet, especially in this economy. I have since found a caring, responsible vet right down the street.
Prices are outrageous! We chose this vet as it was the closest to our home. The office was small and homey, but not as clean as mentioned in the other reviews on this site. The wait was long, the vet was condescending, he kept suggesting things we didn't really feel were necessary (a dental vaccine??!!) and the final bill was outrageous! We've since changed vets. Shop around for a vet that suits you before you decide on the one closest to home.
Great Vet Clinic! I got a new puppy from a local shelter and needed a vet. A friend recommended the Animal Clinic of Westerville to me and my visit was wonderful. The office is family-friendly and clean, and the whole staff is friendly and caring. I was even given a basket full of goodies for my new puppy! Great service and vet care!
best vets and staff Talk about customer service - these guys are the best. This may be the only vet clinic that doesn't smell like a vet clinic. The front staff are very helpful on the phone; they call for reminders before the appointment and then if there were any concerns during the appointment they'll call you in a couple days to see how your pet is doing. Great Vet We had to use this office for a semi-emergent visit for one of our pets as our regular vet was booked solid. This office staff was wonderful. I was able to get a same day appointment and even had a few questions answered that could have gotten me through till our regular vet could accomadate us. The office was incredibly clean for a vets office. We were seen very quickly and the vet tech was also a dog trainer and helped me address a few issues with some behavioral problems.
