All about the $$ I went to PMC for a first visit today to get both of my dogs their annual vaccinations. In the past, we have always gone to VCA of Westerville (which I mention to show that I don't shy away from spending $ for quality care). The vet spent a lot of time with each dog, which was nice, but then there was a "misunderstanding" regarding a Wellness Exam. Wonderful Dr. I was impressed with the friendliness that was given to me from all of the staff including the doctor. They explained the things that my pet needed and why it needed it. They gave me the information I needed to be able to make the best choice for my pet. I would recommend this clinic.
GOOD EXPERIENCE I have always been pleased with this hospital. The staff and both doctors are friendly and helpful. Our animals have always received top notch care and they know my pets by name. I have always left feeling good knowing that my pets were well cared for.
Don't walk... run!!! Oh how I wish I had read these reviews before I took my cat to the Animal Clinic of Westerville. What a rip off! My cat has a chronic ear problem and has had it all his life. I used to live in Delaware and took him to Oakside Animal Clinic (they're awesome!!!!). Well I moved to Westerville and needed a vet here. I wish I had called Oakside for a referral first. best vets and staff Talk about customer service - these guys are the best. This may be the only vet clinic that doesn't smell like a vet clinic. The front staff are very helpful on the phone; they call for reminders before the appointment and then if there were any concerns during the appointment they'll call you in a couple days to see how your pet is doing. Want Overpriced Pet Care? Get It Here! I tried this vet once with my new puppy and was shocked when I checked out and it cost me over $300! The staff tried to sell me "new puppy packages" that were not necessary. I felt very pressured. It seemed like all they cared about was making money, not about me or my dog. I would never recommend this vet, especially in this economy. I have since found a caring, responsible vet right down the street.
Great Vet Clinic! I got a new puppy from a local shelter and needed a vet. A friend recommended the Animal Clinic of Westerville to me and my visit was wonderful. The office is family-friendly and clean, and the whole staff is friendly and caring. I was even given a basket full of goodies for my new puppy! Great service and vet care!
I have had it! The doctors at the clinic think that everyone is made of money. Growing up and having dogs we never had stuff done that this doctor does. Every time its a minimum 100.00 just for a check up. My dog is on heartworm medicine I told them I didn't want to pay the fee to have that done everytime I went in. You thought i was abusing my pet.
