I was told to make a follow up appointment when I did so I was given a different vet which I am not happy with when I try to get an appointment with the original doctor my dog has seen she's booked but I can walk in and see her as a walk in at an emergency visitors cost since she's taking walk ins today this isn't right
Our Rat Terrier, Jasper made her journey across the Rainbow Bridge this past Wednesday. Dr. Florio and staff were incredibly compassionate and helpful in this very difficult time.
We are eternally grateful to Dr. Allison Tashnek who treated our pug Dazie on her final day of life. They gave us an incredible amount of support and empathy during the worst day of our lives, and treated our sweet girl with such care in her final moments. Today we received the most beautiful card from Chatoak in the mail which further validates what incredible people they are, especially Dr. Tashnek. This place should be your last option when it comes to taking your pet to the vet. Last Wednesday, my dog sliced her back open on something in my back yard. It was around 6:00pm. I called my regular vet, but the Dr had already gone home. So, I needed “emergency care”. Chatoak was 1 of 2 options. My wife brought my dog in at about 6:30pm. She didn’t get home until 8:40pm (without our dog). About an hour later, they called us to come pick her up. $460 later, she had 6 stitches on her back that probably required 10. My dog Bentley has been visiting the caring loving and experienced Vets at Chatoaks for past 10 years. During these years, he has had multiple dental issues, hip dysplasia which was expertly treated by Dr. Morshead, and finally cognitive disorder and/tumor this year . All through Dr. Jackson, Dr. Florio, Dr. Afshar and Dr. Tashnek were by our side helping us and advising us about our options.
