Horrible Customer Service I purchased 2 groupons for my dogs. When I called to make an appointment, I was told I could not use more than one groupon. I noticed in the reviews that some other customers were allowed to. I was also told that my husband couldn't use one in his name. And I was told I couldn't use the amount I paid for the groupon as a credit. Pretty much I wasted 59.00 for the second one, as Groupon won't refund the money. Great. They really took their time with Bailey and was very patient. The vet was very imformative
