Horrible Customer Service I purchased 2 groupons for my dogs. When I called to make an appointment, I was told I could not use more than one groupon. I noticed in the reviews that some other customers were allowed to. I was also told that my husband couldn't use one in his name. And I was told I couldn't use the amount I paid for the groupon as a credit. Pretty much I wasted 59.00 for the second one, as Groupon won't refund the money. Great. I so loved Pet Med Plus for my Whity, I hate he did not feel the same way.
We have been going to her over 10 years and she is a great doctor who treat each patient as only one with special care and very professional, and also her staff as well.
Absolutely AMAZING vet and Dr. McElroy is awesome!!!!! I went here for my kitty because my friend Dusty is a Vet Tech there. I'm so glad I did!! I have a new vet!! My babies will be going here from now on! If I could rate them 10 stars, I would. 5 just isn't enough!!
She is the best vet ever and she puts so much heart in everything she does. Her thinking outside the box helped improve our cat's health after trying so many paths before. She's also a really really kind and warm human being, not just a good vet.
I love PMP! They have taken care of Birdie for her whole life with me. AND my first dog Blizzard! The Vet and the vet techs are always kind and gentle with my Birddog. I take her there for grooming and boarding too!
