I've been coming here for years! Excellent store, great customer service, and an all around great experience for you and your family!
Super helpful and informative staff , I had the sweetest girl take alot of time taking the animals out letting me hold them and explaining them all to me as I'm still not sure what animals I want for my new house, but I know where I'm going to get them when I decide! Thanks guys!
Customer service was fantastic, the staff was incredibly nice, and I found what I was looking for (Aspen bedding) in a matter of seconds.

Horrible service!!!!! Very overpriced!!!!!! No consideration for their customers! Thank God for good pet stores in Florence like Pet Smart and Pet Co. Will never go back! Should be shut down..
