Great place! Lots of help from the employees. We will be back.
Many times as I have done business with Pet Lovers this was the last..... when you can not take a 100 dollar bill when I am buying something that is 40+ dollars then I will take my business somewhere else.... especially if I am asked to go to another store and break it.... No you are a retail store and that money clearly states "this note is legal tender for all debts, public and private." I am already paying an overpriced product and I am not there to for your convenience on what type bills for you to take.

I sent my husband in to buy cat wormer. He comes back with a homeopathic drop "wormer." You have to administer it 3x daily. By the time I realize it's not regular wormer. The receipt got washed. Went to take it back the next day, sales girl says it's the only one they carry. When I explain about the receipt, they won't even give me a store credit. The customer service we received at pet lover's was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and educated about the animals.
