Good care - esp with rescue animals I have been going to them for years. I started going because they were recommended for their work and handling of rescue animals. My two yorkies are very different in temperment, and they have always worked well with them. I can tell how great they are with the animals because my dogs no longer quake at the idea of going to the groomer. Love em!! Okay to the lady that commented.... petlocks prices are around the same as any other groom shop and they do a great job and are very friendly!!!! When is it you were there?????????

Cha-ching My first visit was in May and cost 64.00, I thought that was a little high,but considering my baby was not the most agreeable and very uncooperative and they did a good job I wasn't upset. we had our second visit two weeks ago and when I picked him up $84.00 and they didn't do as good a job. I don't pay that much to have my hair done. We won't be going back. I don't mind paying for what I get but I thought that was outrageous.

Quality work, nice people The staff was courteous and they corrected the butchered job my dog received at Petsmart. My dog looks great!

Too Expensive I have found several places that are twice as economical and just as good. The lady at the desk is not very friendly and does not seem to really like animals!
