Over priced. Saw two dead lizards in 2 different tanks. Bought some roaches and they were dead half way home. Don't even live that far.
I got my little Shih Tzu/ Chihuahua from Pet Kingdom USA. I've had her for a little over a month and She is the sweetest thing! The experience was good, no major complaints. Only thing that bothered me was that when I asked where my puppy came from the only answer they had was "from a local family" they had no other information on her. Other than that the experience was great and I love my little puppy!
It's an awesome store! I found two of my furbabies there! It's my favorite pet store! I would go there all the time just to see all the animals.
They need to open earlier. There were several people inlcuding myself waiting outside a whole hour before opening while they watched us. They are open 11-7 today, my entire work shift! I got there early because i need to feed my snake! I count on them because they're the best, but they're letting me down.
We visited Pet Kingdom looking for exotic animals. They have so many! They're super friendly and answer any questions you may have. The best part was how clean and well cared for all the animals are. You can tell they're loved. Thanks for having us! We will definitely be back next time. I'm still talking about your monkey!

I love this place, everyone is very friendly and they have a huge variety of items! The owner treats me like family and she is very knowledgable!
