Staff are very patient and friendly. Since I'm a first time tortoise mom, I kept asking the sales associate a lot of questions on how to properly care for my baby Thor even though I didn't get her from them (she's adopted). She's very friendly and tried her best to answer all my questions. As a bonus, she even gave me a pamphlet on what foods are best for my baby to take home! Can't wait to bring the goodies bought from there to my Thor!🐢Thanks guys! Will for sure visit again when we go to Vegas!
We bought 2 ferrets. Love them so much!! Their customer service was exceptional and informative on the care of our new family members.
