Love this place! We started up a small tank for our 3y.o & don't have much experience w fish/ tanks. Jose L. has helped me twice & is patient, knowledgeable, experienced & provides the best customer service. He is so helpful & it's obvious he loves his job. We have a great experience every time we go.
stop with the I'm smarter than you condescending demeanor. Dont talk the customer out of their setup, dont refuse to recommend a light and furthermore do not talk the customer out of the animal in question. I was honestly prepared to dump 150 in there but the bad customer service held me at half that.

Great products and excellent service. Love seeing the tortoises 1st thing when you walk in, their enclosure is right in front. I also appreciate the signs they've been posting in response to COVID-19.
This is the best pet store I've every been to. They spend all the time you need answering questions. We enjoyed our time there more than the zoo!!
